Representatives from both sides of the Honeywell labor strike are back at the negotiating table Monday. But they’re not alone.

Indiana Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Evan Bayh is also at the negotiating table, according to WSBT.

Honeywell and the United Auto Workers Local 9 union are in a months-long stalemate. Over 300 workers are locked out while the two sides negotiate a new five-year labor deal.

Talks were scheduled to resume at 10 a.m. Monday.
