ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Michigan backup safety Marvin Robinson has been ordered to stand trial on a charge of second-degree home invasion.
A Washtenaw County district judge ruled Thursday that there's enough evidence to proceed with the case against the junior from Winter Haven, Fla.
Robinson is accused of taking an Xbox from a dorm room on the Ann Arbor campus. His lawyer says it's a misunderstanding.
Robinson's next court date is March 8. He remains on the team's roster.
