A Bristol woman is behind bars for public intoxication, but could face even more charges a vehicle she owns collided with a patrol car.

It happened near the intersection of County Road 8 and County Road 27 on Sunday.

After the crash, the driver took off. Police later found the owner of the car a while later walking in the street.

It's still not known if she is the one who was behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

Restrictions banning Michiganders with tattoos from donating blood have lightened up. Specifically, people inked with sterile needles and single-use ink no longer need to wait 12 months before donating to the Red Cross. The organization insists you must have received the tattoo in a state-regulated facility. 11 other states sill have a deferral period for the freshly inked.
