A Goshen woman is in jail after police say she performed sex acts with a 15-year-old boy.

According to court documents, the alleged incidents happened in April, 2014. A relative of the victim contacted authorities and told them when she returned home from work just after noon, she found the 15-year-old boy and 37 year-old Tina Marie Robinson partially naked.

The boy was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center for a sex assault exam,, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.

During a forensic interview, the boy told the interviewer he asked Robinson to take him to school. When Robinson arrived at the house, she performed oral sex on him, the boy told the interviewer.

When interviewed by detectives, Robinson admitted removing her pants, according to court documents. She said the boy also took off his pants, but she denied performing oral sex on him.

Robinson gave police a DNA sample, which matched saliva found on the boy’s genitals, court documents state.

Robinson was arrested on April 8, 2015, on one count of sexual misconduct with a minor and booked at the Elkhart County Jail on $50,000 bond. She posted bond this past Thursday.

Her trial is set for late August.
