CROOKED EWE DOES VEGAN EATS WELL, BLOGGER SAYS

For many vegetarians and vegans, finding something to eat at a restaurant often doesn’t go past the ’salad’ section of the menu. But that isn’t the case at Crooked Ewe, according to Crystal Hallwood, who blogs at Vegan at the Bend for Flavor 574.

In fact, South Bend’s newest brewery has a dedicated vegan menu in addition to its full omnivore-friendly menu.

Offerings include wing chokes — breaded and fried artichokes that mimic buffalo wings and have a smokey flavor — marinated olives and cashew butter ice cream with strawberry jam.

Find out which dishes Hallwood recommends in her blog post from Flavor 574.
