Looking for a new furry four-legged friend? The Humane Society of St. Joseph County has several dogs, cats, birds and other animals looking for a forever home.

This week’s Pet of the Week is Milk Dud, a female Lop rabbit. Here’s more about her:

Looking for something sweet? Meet Milk Dud! She was found as a stray, hopping around in someone’s yard at the beginning of September. It is hard to determine her age, but she is believed to be a full grown adult Lop rabbit. Rabbits make great companion animals and can even be litter box trained! Stop in today to meet Milk Dud and other pets like her.
