Three separate robberies were reported in South Bend on Monday night, Dec. 20, but no arrests have been made so far.

The first robbery occurred at about 5:50 p.m. when a man entered the Western Wireless store at 224 W. Western Ave. and demanded money, according to the South Bend Tribune.

The clerk gave the man money from the cash register and the man got away. The clerk was not injured.

Later that night, a Marco’s Pizza delivery driver’s cell phone was stolen in an armed robbery, the Tribune reported. The driver was delivering a pizza in the 1300 block of Marquette Avenue at about 9 p.m. when three people came up to him, showed a handgun and demanded money.

One of the suspects took the driver’s cell phone and the three ran away when the driver began yelling for help. He was not injured.

A third robbery happened at about 9:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Illinois Street. A 53-year-old South Bend went to a location on Illinois Street to meet a woman for a date he arranged online. When he arrived, the Tribune reports a male suspect stole money, his cell phone and his car keys before getting away.
