Two killed, two hospitalized, two in police custody after crash in Marshall County

An adult and a teenager were killed and two other teenagers were injured after a serious hit-and-run crash in Marshall County over the weekend.

A car driven by 24-year-old Paul Graham of Plymouth was stopping at a stop sign at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 15, at the intersection of Rose Road and Plymouth-LaPorte Trail when it was rear-ended by an SUV, FOX 28 reported.

Graham and Jostiana Bouskill, a teenage passenger in Graham’s car, died at South Bend Memorial Hospital after the crash. A second passenger is in critical condition while a third passenger was not seriously injured. Both of those passengers are 17.

Police said the third passenger was the only person wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Shane Graham, 25, and 27-year-old Monica Sanders, both of Elkhart, were taken into custody by police in connection to the crash, WSBT reported. The two are believed to have been in the SUV but ran off after the crash.

Police say Shane and Paul Graham are brothers.
