Notre Dame students protest Donald Trump election

It’s not the result they wanted, and they let the world know about it Wednesday.

Notre Dame students vented their frustrations together when they gathered on campus with signs and shouts about the election results, according to ABC 57.

Organizers told ABC 57 the students wanted a space to open up conversation and express concerns about the results. Those organizers say “their fight for respect and human dignity” isn’t over.

The protests made their way across campus before they stopped at DeBartolo Hall near the football stadium. The student protesters led a bilingual rosary later that night, along with a prayer vigil at the Grotto.

1400 SAT scores and you’re still idiots. That’s the constitution kids…we won the Electorial College. What exactly should Trump do? Step down… because you’ve painted a bunch of banners and your feelings are hurt? Put down your silly signs and go to the WWII memorial on campus. Tomorrow is Veterans Day and those being honored sacrificed themselves so that you can make a senseless demonstration before your intramural kickball game this afternoon.

The special snowflakes need to realize they are just another dot in the white of the blizzard. They won’t take responsibility for the devastation of the blizzard though, they are just one dot after all.

Hey snowflakes, you didn’t win, it’s real life get used to it.

Rich…Well said!
I wish I would have thought to protest or riot the 2 times Obama was elected. Maybe I didn’t think of it because I am an American and understand how our elections work. You can’t really blame the students for being upset. They just feel bad that they won’t get the “free” college education Crooked Hillary promised to them.
What does it say about the younger generation that wishes Hillary Clinton would have won? The most corrupt, lying, cheating, scandalous self serving criminal Washington has seen in a long time. It says we raised them wrong and they all feel entitled to everything.

Protests only work if human rights have been violated. Protesting for not getting your way is just crying.
