The St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office has charged a South Bend man with five counts of possession of child pornography.

William Dill, 24, was arrested Monday morning, according to prosecutors.

Court documents released Monday say Dill’s computer contained five images and videos of child pornography.

The St. Joseph County Cyber Crime‘s unit investigated Dill in June and July of this year, tracking the torrent files that Dill was using to download the images and videos, according to court documents.

In asking for a higher bond for Dill, the detective noted that Dill decorated his bedroom like a little girl’s. He even went as far as having “My Little Pony” posters and bedsheets and a poster from the movie “Frozen”, according to court documents.

The detective said he was concerned that Dill, who he likened to more of a pre-pubescent child than adult, could lure a girl into his bedroom and put her at ease. He also said that Dill poses “a substantial risk of physical danger” to the community.

Dill has already posted bail to get out of St. Joseph County Jail.
