He is being held in the St. Joe County Jail and will appear in court for his arraignment on Thursday.

According to the police report, the victim, Aaron Woods, 37, was stabbed in the midst of a fight with Love.

Investigators reviewed security camera footage that shows Woods knocking some food out of Love’s hands, then pushing Love up against a wall. Love then came off the wall and struck at Woods with a closed hand, according to the police report.

Love admitted to police that he stabbed Woods, twice, with a folding pocket knife, then left the building, went to a family member’s home, then turned himself in, the report stated.

The story gets a little confusing at the bottom. Who struck whom and who is the stabber.
