No injuries were reported after a vehicle crashed into Stevensville’s Cracker Barrel restaurant Tuesday morning.

Lincoln Township Police say a 93 year-old driver was backing out of a parking spot when hit another parked car around 9:45 a.m.

He put his car in drive and hit the gas by mistake, jumping the curb and coming to rest inside the store part of the building after crashing through the exterior wall.

Alcohol was ruled out as a factor and the restaurant was closed for the rest of the day. The driver was taken to Lakeland Hospital as a precaution.
