More people from Michigan making trips into Indiana

(Jon Zimney/95.3 MNC)

STATEWIDE — Mobility data from location analytics firm Cubiq shows that over the past two weeks, an increasing number of people from Michigan are traveling into Indiana, reports WSBT.

In Michigan, restaurants and barber shops have been closed for more than eight weeks.

However, in Indiana, they’re open for business. Michigan’s governor extended the stay-at-home order until June 12, but people are making the trip anyway.

With Phase 3 of reopening Indiana underway, Hoosiers will see even more services open up that are shuttered across the border.

I’m sending this to my district Representative and State Senator. I’d like to send it to the Governor, but why just add to the lost or dead files list?

Are people in Indiana crossing the border into Michigan to buy some of that “essential” pot that is available?

Michiganders vote that poor excuse of a governor out the next time. It is time for you all to go to a red state. Hopefully by now you peeps can see just how “WONDERFUL” of a job the dems have done for you over the years and maybe you have gotten a belly full. We folks in your neighboring states sure have taken notice and we wonder what is wrong with the voters in the great state of Michigan.
