South Bend students are returning to in-person classes this week.

The first group of students returned Monday, and are either in the Career and Technical Program or special education programs, according to WSBT.

The next group of students to return to physical classrooms will be the transition grades of kindergarten, 6th and 9th grades. These students will be broken into two groups depending on their last name, with half returning Wednesday and the other half on Thursday.
