Body found in submerged vehicle in Tamarack Lake near LaPorte

A death investigation is underway in LaPorte County.

Indiana Conservation Officers say a body was discovered in a submerged vehicle at Tamarack Lake  in the Kingsbury Fish and Wildlife Area near LaPorte around 8 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 18.

The body is believed to be a male.

No other details have been released at this time.
