A man in prison for murder in connection with the death of a two-year-old South Bend boy back in 2014 has had his conviction overturned.

Indiana’s Court of Appeals remanded the case against Tyree Bradbury for review. Bradbury was 15-years-old at the time when his friend fired shots at a rival gang member in Coquillard Park.

The shots killed two-year-old John Swoveland Jr., who was in his yard, nearby.

He will be back in before long, should be prison conditioned by now. He probably won’t / can’t get a job, and he will tend to do more crime.
