Indiana BMV branches to close Thursday morning for staff training

All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle branches will be closed, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4., for staff training.

Branches will resume regular business hours at 10:30 a.m.

24-hour BMV Connect kiosks will still be available for routine business.

The official news release announcing the closure is below:

INDIANAPOLIS—All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle (BMV) branches will be closed Thursday, February 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to engage in planned programing intended to foster a diverse, highly skilled, and professional workforce.

All branches will resume regularly scheduled business hours on Thursday, February 4, at 10:30 a.m.

Maybe they will train them on how to be nice and efficient. NAW, that’s too much to ask.

Skill and professionalism is secondary to diversity. Of course politeness and efficiency are too much to ask for.
