The Canadian Government is taking issue with a pipeline shutdown order from Michigan’s Governor…and they’re taking it to court.
Officials from Ottawa cited a 1977 pipelines treaty on Monday as they asked a US Federal Judge to halt any consideration of Governor Whitmer’s order to shut down the Line 5 oil and gas pipelines.
The pair of decades-old pipelines, located in the Straits of Mackinac, have been at the center of disputes between the two countries, many revolving around safety and the potential for a large oil spill in The Great Lakes.
The Detroit Free Press reports that Michigan seeks to remand the federal case back to Michigan courts.

I just wish there was a legal solution to Whitmer. You’re not going to be able to vote her out with Nessel burying evidence of the election fraud…
