Michigan City girl, 3, found dead on shoreline after being reported missing

A three-year-old who went missing in Michigan City on has died.

It was around 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, when dispatch received a 911 call reporting the missing child from the 400 block of Long Beach Lane.

Officers quickly began a search. The little girl was located along the north shoreline of Clare Lake, off of Fairway Drive.

Despite life-saving efforts at the scene and at the hospital, the child died.

Police did not say how she may have ended up in the water.

This is BS, I think the parents should be held responsible for this! From what I seen online this happened just last week, the same child due to parental neglect and not keeping track of their kiddo.
