The man who is accused of raping the 10-year-old girl who came to Indiana for an abortion last month is pleading not guilty.

Gurson Fuentes is charged with two counts of felony rape.

The girl he’s accused of raping became pregnant and since Ohio has banned abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, the girl came to Indiana to have an abortion performed by an IU Health doctor.

The not guilty plea comes after police says Fuentes admitted to the raping the girl back on July 12th.

Police are still waiting for DNA test results to come back.

Fuentes is still in jail on two-million-dollars bond.

How can this be? We were told that everyone coming in was hard working brain surgeon rocket scientists with a “spark of divinity”. Why would the Democrats lie about this? It’s not like they can vote.

In other news, we are being told that we should hurry up and pass amnesty and let them all vote this fall.
