Speculation began to swell after Liberty German’s sister tweeted a thank you statement and said, quote, “today is the day.”

Agencies present for the news conference will include Indiana State Police, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, United States Marshals Service, and the Carroll County Prosecutors Office.
