Indiana’s Department of Child Services is recognizing November as National Adoption Month.

The Indiana Adoption Program, the Indiana Department of Child Services, and Firefly Children and Family Alliance are working together to share stories of children who have found permanent, loving homes across Indiana. DCS will share photos and videos from adoption events across the state on Instagram, Twiiter, and Youtube.

Currently, there are more than 150 children in DCS care available for placement in adoptive homes.

More information about adoption and some of Indiana’s waiting kids can be found at https://www.indianaadoptionprogram.org/indianas-waiting-children/

DCS is there to punish parents who hold conservative viewpoints and to be weaponized against divorced dads. Protecting children from actual abuse is not very high on their list.

It is good that, for this month at least, they will be paying lip service to their actual mission.
