Seven other counts of arson and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor were dismissed, due to evidentiary issues, according to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office.

Thomas will be sentenced on Jan. 3. Her accomplice, Joseph Hershberger, received 50 years in prison, with another 46 years suspended, when he was sentenced last month.

Both Thomas and Hershberger face similar charges in Marshall and Kosciusko Counties.

For what those two people did and they enjoyed too, they had to, to keep doing it….they should have gotten life without parole. I feel sorry for the victims.
