In South Bend? That’s afternoon tea.

What else is to be expected from a city that would hire the caliber of people like mayor Pete to misrepresent them?

Incredible how the caliber of people living in this apartment complexes has change when it was once called Park Jefferson. No wonder normal people don’t want to live in the city of South Bend anymore. This 20 year old criminal will soon be back on the streets doing the same behavior.
