CVS and Westville Correctional Facility are being subpoenaed in connection with the Delphi murders trial.

Richard Allen is accused of killing Abby Williams and Libby German in 2017.

Now, prosecutors are asking his former employer CVS and the facility where he’s been held since November to provide documents and records.

The subpoenas from the Carroll County Prosecutor were approved by the judge on Wednesday.

I worked at westville. I saw this man Richard. Just do not ever believe in the media they spin their stories.
This man in my opinion is in being accused guity rather than innocemt until proven guilty. Dont judge him yet.

There’s something weird going on here. If they know it was him, what’s stopping a conviction??? I think the system is just trying to please the public.

Nothing is stopping it. The trial hasn’t started yet. These are pre-trial motions. You have to have a trial to have a conviction. The prosecution and defense and judge decide together when the trial will start as discovery takes months.

I’ve said since day one the FBI and state police look terrible in this case and I hope they don’t railroad a innocent man just to close the case and make the public to believe in them again. While the guilty gets to live a free life.

I worked at Westville myself for 2 years back in the mid 90s… he is not convicted of this crime yet. He is innocent until proven guilty…. he’s just charged for it.
