The Appetizer is a Salumi Calabrese – a selection of traditional Italian cured meats and cheeses to tantalize your taste buds.

The Soup is Fagioli and Escarol Zuppa prepared to warm your soul.

The Pasta is Linguine ala Nonna. Indulge in linguine pasta topped with slow-cooked short rib ragu, just like Grandma used to make.

The Entrée is Filetto di Maiale.  Savor this perfectly roasted entrée accompanied by rosemary, potatoes, and fresh vegetables.

And for Dessert: end the delightful evening with homemade stuffed cannoli di Casa
