They say the early bird gets the worm, but on Friday the early bird can get a free doughnut from Rise ’N Roll.

National Doughnut Day is Friday, June 5, which means Michiana residents can snag free doughnuts all day long.

Rise ’N Roll Bakery is giving away one free cinnamon caramel doughnut to each of the first 300 customers at each of its three locations — Middlebury, Nappanee or Mishawaka. The Mishawaka bakery is at 3915 Grape Road.
