Dismiss that lawsuit. That’s the word from the U.S. Department of Education, which asked a federal judge in Indianapolis to dismiss a lawsuit over President Biden’s student loan debt forgiveness plan.
The Biden administration says the Education Secretary has the authority to forgive debts, and the administration also claims both plaintiffs, Frank Garrison and Noel Johnson, have already opted out of the forgiveness plan and won’t face income tax liability.

So there is two sides to the story. Lets get this in front of a judge or jury and see where the truth lies. It appears since the Dep of Education wants the case dismissed before any facts are heard. Suspicious????
