Fairfield High School opens new fieldhouse

Fairfield High School opened its new fieldhouse on Thursday, Oct. 30, with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting.
The facility will host practices, events, and some fine arts activities. School officials say the renovations aim to serve the community for years.
Superintendent Carrie Cannon says the upgraded fieldhouse matches student achievements and reflects the community’s growth.
The school plans to open the facility to the public for activities like walking and pickleball.
