Former South Bend Superintendent Todd Cummings may be fired from his new job in Arizona.
The Paradise Valley school board voted, this week, that it has cause to remove him after an investigation alledged unprofessional conduct and claims he lied on his application – denying a contract buyout even though South Bend paid him $225,000 earlier this year.
The report also cited disrespect toward staff, insubordination, and poor supervision.
Cummings has 10 days to request a hearing or he’ll be automatically terminated.
