The Officer of the Year and Investigator of the Year for the South Bend Police Department joined Mark McGill on Michiana’s Morning News on Wednesday morning, April 1.

PFC. Greg Howard (Officer of the Year) and Detective Kelly Waite (Investigator of the Year) were joined by Division Chief Scott Ruszkowski and Chief Ron Teachman. They were honored on Sunday at the department’s annual awards ceremony.
