Man shot in leg on South Bend's west side, police seeking suspects

Police are looking for suspects after a man was shot in the leg on South Bend’s west side Friday afternoon, May 8.

The man was shot in the leg in the 1300 block of North Meade Street, about a block south of LaSalle Intermediate Academy, according to a tweet from the South Bend Police Department.

Officers believe three juveniles may have been involved in the case. Anyone with information about the shooting may contact the South Bend Police Department at 574-235-9201.
