A 17-year-old Walkerton girl died in a fiery crash in Marshall County on Tuesday evening, Feb. 2.

Christina Moren was found dead inside an SUV at about 8:30 p.m. near U.S. 6 and Quince Road between LaPaz and Walkerton, according to our news partners ABC 57.

Police say the vehicle crashed into some fences and trees. The SUV was on fire when emergency crews got to the scene.

The crash is under investigation.
