Three people hospitalized after crash on State Road 23

As many as three people, including two children, were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash on State Road 23 near Hickory Drive.

The crash happened just after 10 p.m. on Monday, July 25 at the toll-road underpass, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Two people who were trapped inside the wreckage had to be extracted from their vehicles, ABC 57 reported.

Police closed a stretch of SR 23 between Douglas Road and just north of the toll road overpass for several hours for clean-up and the investigation.
