Amber Pasztor charged in the shooting death of her neighbor

A Fort Wayne mother who already pleaded guilty to killing her two small children faces yet another murder charge, this time, for the shooting death of her neighbor.

Amber Pasztor is already facing up to 130 years in prison for smothering 7-year-old Liliana Hernandez and 6-year-old Rene Pasztor last year.

Charges have been filed in Allen County in regards to the death of her neighbor, Frank Macomber, 66.

His body was was found in the woods near his home, where police say she shot him and stole his car on the same day she kidnapped and killed the children.

Pasztor has been formally charged with murder and using a firearm to commit a crime.

Pasztor’s sentencing for the death of her children is scheduled for June 29 in Elkhart County.

It doesn’t need 130yrs in prison, it needs the death penalty.
