South Bend Police will have an increased presence at John Adams High School on Friday, March 2, after the discovery of another threatening message, according to WNDU.

Last week, another written threat was found. A bullet was found in a stairwell. A bag of bullets was found just outside the school, as well.

Triton Schools has also joined the roster of area schools having to deal with a threat.

The Superintendent says a threat was found on Wednesday, Feb. 28, on Snapchat.

Within 24 hours, the Bourbon Police, State Police, the Cyber Crimes Unit, and other organizations tracked down the IP address and phone number where the threat originated.

The suspect was taken into custody. There is no word on the age or identity of the suspect.
