The South Bend Common Council is renewing its fight against those who deal synthetic marijuana.

Monday, the council voted unanimously to revise a 2017 ordinance aimed at cracking down on synthetic pot dealers to be more in-line with new state regulations about changing chemicals.

Dealers caught selling the drugs will be fined $250 to $2500 dollars.

Additionally, the Not In Our Community group is looking into ways to make dealing synthetic pot a criminal matter.

Why do we continue to vote people into office that are this stupid? Fines for drug dealers???? I’m sure that will make them stop! What incompetence!
