Mayor Buttigieg looking to “sprint to the tape”

South Bend’s Mayor announced on Monday, December 17th, that he would not be seeking a third term in office. He also said that he won’t make any statements about his potential political future until at least January, amidst speculation that he might be eyeing a White House run for 2020.

He spoke with 953 MNC on Tuesday, Dec. 18, about the reasons behind his decision, and what he hopes to accomplish in the final year of his administration.
