New IHOP is Coming to Elkhart

Elkhart residents can prepare for a new restaurant on the CR. 6 corridor near Cassopolis St.

An announcement has been made that the Bradley Company has purchased the former Culver’s building on Emerson Drive and will turn it into an IHOP. The Culvers closed down at that building and moved to the former Bob Evans location just down the road.

In a statement a company VP said that “Elkhart is favorably situated to attract investment”.
