A Michigan City man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for being a felon in possession of firearms.

Court documents reveal in August of 2019, Daniel Boush, 29, was arrested for possessing two .380 caliber firearms following a domestic incident where he physically attacked a woman and then chased after her in a car.

Boush qualifies as an Armed Career Criminal based on his prior convictions, including the strangulation of a different woman and dealing controlled substances.
