A Goshen couple is accused of selling methamphetamine out of their home where four children lived with them.

A search of their home allegedly uncovered more than one pound of meth and more than 50 grams of marijuana, as well as packaging, paraphernalia, needles and a loaded shotgun.

Police say much of the drugs and paraphernalia were in easy reach of the children or even found in a room where one of them slept, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.

The children, who range in age from 4 to 10, told police that their parents would often go to the store before they went to bed and that they would leave a fire in the fireplace to keep the house warm.

Jeriman Resendez, 38, and 35-year-old Amanda Cruea, 35, face charges including dealing meth, neglect of a dependent and other counts.

One positive side is they cant do / sell meth with a long prison sentence .
The kids have a poor future ahead because of their parents addiction.
Jesus forgives but the courts don’t .
People steal from hardworking people to support their habit .
Punishment that don’t hurt don’t work .
