The two people who were found dead inside a home in St. Joseph, Sunday, have been identified as 78-year-old Benjamin Head and his ex-wife, 72-year-old Ruth Kruger.

The two lived at the home with the woman’s brother, 68-year-old Kurt Kruger, who was arraigned in the Berrien County Trial Court for failing to report a crime.
Autopsies are underway to determine how the two died and how long they’d been dead.
