The man who is accused of killing an 11-month-old girl in August has accepted a plea agreement.

Justin Miller was charged with one count of murder after he led investigators in northern Indiana to the body of a missing girl, Mercedes Lain, in some woods near the Starke-Marshall County line.

Now, ABC 57 News reports Miller will be in court Monday for a hearing on the plea agreement, although details on what he has agreed to have not been released.

Miller was supposed to be taking care of Mercedes the weekend she went missing. He is the cousin of the little girl’s father. Her parents, Kenny Lain and Tiffany Coburn, were charged with neglect of a dependent.
