Women’s veteran’s group hoping for an Indiana license plate to honor their service

(Public Domain)

A women’s veterans’ group is looking for Indiana to recognize their service with a new license plate.

The road to get those plates on the road has been a long and bumpy one, thanks to delays in gathering the necessary signatures because of COVID-19.

WSBT reports that another specialty plate was able to pass through the legislature by being tacked onto another bill, so the group is hoping a Women Veterans plate can do the same.

If it passes, part of the cost of the plate fee would go to the women’s veteran department at the Indiana Department of Veteran Affairs. The new design could possibly be approved for next year.

Seems like misandry to me. Why is sexism ok when women do it?
