Concord JHS students set fundraising record for their Make-A-Wish effort

Concord Jr. High students have set a new record with their fundraising for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The school has raised funds biennially for Make-A-Wish since 1995, according to ABC 57. This time they raised just over $51,000, which will benefit two local students, aged 11 and 14.

Their fundraising took several forms and began on March 4th. The school has raised more than $481,000 over the years for the cause.
