South Bend partners with organizations to assist with covering past-due utility bills

The City of South Bend has partnered with several community organizations to host a series of sign-up events to help eligible South Bend residents apply for assistance programs that can help cover past-due water bills as well as current and future payments for electric, heating and water expenses.
Several sign up events are set where staff members from these organizations will be available to walk residents through the sign-up process and answer any questions they may have. We’ve posted the complete schedule below:
