Kosciusko County reaches record overdose deaths this year

(95.3 MNC)

Kosciusko County has set a new record for the number of overdose deaths for the year.

County Coroner Tony Ciriello says his office has done 80 autopsies this year and previously hadn’t had more than 40.

He says drug overdoses are a major concern as fentanyl has been present in nearly every overdose this year.

Narcan has been given by EMS workers 39 times this year.

II don’t care about this for the same reason I oppose wasting money on Narcan. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes!
