He’s made it official. Elkhart Mayor Rod Roberson announced he will run for another term for mayor in 2023.

He made the announcement, Tuesday, Jan. 10, during an event at the Winchester Mansion.

His announcement was suppose to take place in November but was re-scheduled due to the disappearance of Roberson’s brother, Garvin, who was later found dead.

Roberson has been Mayor in Elkhart since 2019.
