Elkhart wants to understand small businesses and entrepreneurs.

That’s why they’re using a new survey from the city’s Small Business Initiative. It’ll be used to make a toolkit to address the needs and concerns of small businesses.

Their goal is to strengthen small businesses and find out what is on the minds of owners.
