A three-vehicle crash on State Road 15 claimed the life of one driver and sent two others to the hospital.

Goshen Police were called around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, to the 800 block of North Main Street/State Road 15 on the report of a collision reported with possible entrapment.

Upon arrival, officers found two injured drivers and one driver dead. The surviving drivers were transported to the hospital—one with minor back and neck injuries and the other with reported pain in the hip, arm, and leg.

The third driver was identified as 24-year-old Grace Beard. She died at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
